For four years, we have competed in the professional BBQ circuit, winning awards (or placing well up in the standings) at every competition we enter.

We use only the Big Green EGG to cook on, and every time we enter a competition, we learn more and more about BBQ and outdoor cooking. 

We also have a great time.
